Profile height: 18 mm. Total width: 1150 mm, effective (covering) width: 1100 mm.

• T18 A – for roofs (ribs facing inwards)
• T18 P – for facades (ribs facing outwards)

Available with DRIPSTOP (anti-condensation)

On request we produce BILKA T18 sheet with the DRIPSTOP anti-condensation coating – a special felt applied at the factory to the underside of the sheet.

• The felt holds the condensation droplets that form on the underside when the temperature changes and releases them gradually through ventilation – water does not drip underneath.
• It suits unheated spaces, garages, canopies, warehouses and agricultural buildings, and anywhere dripping condensation is unwanted.
• DRIPSTOP is applied at the factory – it must be ordered together with the sheets and cannot be added later.

Price: +2.45 € incl. VAT per m² on top of the sheet price. Confirm with our manager.

How it is installed

Cutting: with metal shears or a nibbler – not an angle grinder. Remove the protective film right after installation.

Material

Steel sheet with a hot-dip zinc coating on both sides, without a polyester layer. Zinc protects the steel from corrosion.

BILKA warranty

T18 profiled sheet Zinc: 2-year conformity warranty.

Zinc sheet has no colour coating, so BILKA gives no colour and corrosion warranty.

ROOFER tips

• Use flashings and screws in the same colour and coating as the sheets.
• Cut with metal shears or a nibbler, not an angle grinder – sparks burn the coating.
• Clean off swarf after drilling – otherwise it rusts on the surface.
• Remove the protective film straight after installation.

Delivery, unloading and storage

Delivery throughout Bulgaria. ROOFER arranges transport to your site. Sheet-length restrictions apply – confirm the permitted dimensions with our manager before ordering.

Unloading. The customer arranges unloading. For long sheets plan for at least 2–3 people. Carry sheets on edge and never drag them.

Inspection on arrival. Check the products against the delivery documents and look for visible damage or missing items.

Storage. Store the sheets in a dry, ventilated place on stable supports above the ground, and keep moisture from collecting between them.

Payment and invoices

Card: Pay at the ROOFER office.

Bank transfer: Payment by bank transfer is available.

Company invoice: We issue an invoice using your company’s billing details.

Cash: We issue a fiscal receipt.
